She is passionate about Human Capacity Development and loves to speak with humor, using real-life stories to keep her audience captivated.

She has also been listed as one of Nigeria’s 100 most inspiring women 2020 by Leading Ladies Africa and in June 2022, she was listed among the 100 Most Impactful Women by Richer Woman Inc and the Vanguard Allure for her work in contributing towards achieving the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.

Naomi is also a Global Media Strategist who uses her knowledge and expertise to coach personal and corporate brands on how to scale from being invisible to visible, not just in their local space but particularly in the global community, helping them perform at peak levels, leverage digital media platforms as they SERVE with purpose and enjoy the freedom to be, do and have all that they desire. With a vision to support SDG5- Achieve Gender Equality and Empower all Women and Girls, Naomi is the Founder of The Women with Stories International, an organization on a mission to empower women to find and own their unique stories, discover their cure, and serve others with the ‘GIFT’ of their stories.

She is the Host of the Mum Closet Show, a YouTube Podcast where she shares weekly tips for Mums who want to Experience the Freedom to be and do more. She also enjoys using her voice to amplify the Voices of Women. She is the creator of the Movement- TRASH THE LABELS based on her Inspirational TEDx talk at TEDX Providence 2019. From Nigeria to Zambia, Dubai, Egypt, India, and the USA. Naomi continues to impact thousands of entrepreneurs and personal brands with her message with clients spanning over 30 countries across the Globe.

She is a proud recipient of the Woman of Excellence Award by the Women Economic Forum in New Delhi, India. She is also the recipient of the First Hive Africa Community Support Award and the First Global Brand Ambassador for Xolani Beauty an International Beauty Brand inspiring women of color all across the Globe. Dr Naomi Osemedua sits on the Executive Board of four amazing social change initiatives - Hive Africa, Church on The Street, Kiyeseni Foundation, and Salt Talks Africa. She is a regular Contributor to Thrive Global. She is a Philanthropist and through her Organization- Hajara's Purse, she continues to impact her community one person at a time. On October 23rd, 2021, Naomi was conferred with the Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Leadership and Management by ESCAE UNIVERSITY in Cotonou (Ranked among the top 10 Universities in Benin Republic) for her outstanding contribution in the areas of Entrepreneurship Development, Business Management, Public Speaking, Women Empowerment, Leadership, and Philanthropy.

On 10th December, at the 2021 Annual Global Women Economic Forum Conference in India, Dr. Naomi was awarded the ‘LEADER OF THE DECADE’ Award.
