We are fostering a network of women in media with a global, cross-cultural, intersectional and intentional perspective towards inclusivity, economic and social empowerment.
We are on a mission to create a thriving support network, global opportunities and collaborative ecosystem for all women in all segments of media arts & communication - united in sisterhood, support and solidarity, as we amplify our impact and celebrate our collective excellence. Together we will define, design and determine a new future for ourselves with equity, collaborative opportunity, inclusion, peace and parity for all.
G100-MAC is under the leadership of the G100 Global Chair - Alex Okoroji. We have a philanthropic vision and inclusive ethos of mutual empowerment, by women helping women in she-for-she spirit of sisterhood, creating circles of support. We want to improve the advancement of women via 100 thriving chapters with 100 sister circles in 100 countries.
The G100 is an eminent club comprising an empowered group of 100 powerful women leadersfrom across the world, in 100 diverse sectors, supported by 100 eminent He for She champions, for powerful advocacy, awareness & impact across governments and global organisations for a gender-equal future. With 100 sectors, each member at G100 is a Global Chair for a sector and leads that sector wing globally. As an action think-tank, the mandate of G100 is to provide the thought leadership for the coming decade on what needs to be done for the inclusivity, economic and social empowerment of women globally. The G100 Global chairs are committed to a pact of purpose, creating massive opportunities for women worldwide in 100 countries each. They will also evolve policy suggestions based on the actions globally and present policy recommendations to governments and multilateral institutions worldwide like the United Nations, EU, G8 and G20.
G100-MAC is non-political, non-religious, non-dogmatic. We have a philanthropic vision and inclusive ethos of mutual empowerment by women helping women in the 'she-for-she' spirit of sisterhood, creating circles of support. Our core values include;
We are aware of the important role that different domains of the media play in framing conversations and narratives about women in different sectors and how we must elevate and improve the presentation and representation of women better if we are going to make gender equality a reality in this decade.
We need more women centre stage, committed to SDG 5 working together in solidarity. Media is at the core of equitable development and having more women play at the centre is important. We can help facilitate trade, transmitting ideas and innovation across boundaries. The media is also important for human development, bringing health, technology and education information to remote villages in developing countries. But as experience has shown, the different arms of media be it (creative media, broadcast, print, digital or news media) can be fragile and easily compromised by having only men (or very few women) play at the helm of decision making when many of the issues also concern women.
To support development, media needs the involvement of more women in various domains for balance - in terms of freedom, capacity, and sustainability, so we can support economic, social and political markets and provide a voice for the disenfranchised.
It’s time for more women to be seen and heard, it’s time for more women to be able to work with their passion, and be part of the policies. G100 Media Arts & Communication (G100-MAC) is motivating women to step up and claim more space. Everywhere. Giving women a stronger voice to yield economic and social benefits for everyone.
G100 is under the auspices of the non-profit organisation and the world's largest international women's chamber, ALL Ladies League (ALL). In the long years through ALL's work, we have learned that there is nothing more powerful than a group of women united in purpose. A group of women, connected in sisterhood, share and care in mutual empowerment - opening unimaginable possibilities for ALL. Alone we strive. Together we thrive. The beautiful success of our various platforms is a testimony and tribute to the power of women’s groups.
Founded and headquartered in India, All Ladies League (ALL) is a registered non-profit organisation with a strong sisterhood of 250,000 women, across 120 countries, en route to our Mission Million via the leadership of all members, chapter chairs and the eminent G100.

We will join our voices to highlight the social, economic, cultural and professional achievements of women in the media arts & communication sector, and actively counter policies that threaten our core values and rights as women globally.
